I was having creatinine problem I was referred to DR Rekha. I have seen my body get easily used to the diet provide from her . It’s totally home food and no extra efforts are required to follow the diet . It was easy as well comfortable to get into that space . I have reduce my creatinine within 3 weeks of her diet . Highly recommend and easy to go with her diet .

All the efforts and hardwork was done by her she listed down everything and made a perfect diet which helps me through .

There is only one word Unbelievable. It was really hard thing to me reduce my weight with eating all food, little exercise, no weakness,etc, etc . Dr. Rekha is magician, I had hard gym, hard diets before and very less result but with Dr. Rekha I reduced 10 kg in some months and from last 3 years am following her diet. From your diet we get confidence and more and more motivation to loose weight. Thank you so much Mam.

No Bounce back of weight

I have consulted Dr.Rekha for weight loss not once but twice. Infact, I hv been consulting many dieticians in the past few years and got gr8 results as well but the only issue being “bounce back of weight”.

But unlike others, the weight that I reduced thru Dr.Rekha’s plans is still consistent since the past 3 yrs.!

And I realize the reason for it being that Dr.Rekha never gives crash diet!

I have been following her small tips like short walks after meals, eating salad n 1 fruit atleast, control sugar n oil intake and mostly eating homemade food. And also doing 20-30 mins of workout daily also adds value.

So if u r serious about weight loss, u can’t get a better nutritionist than her, who will never starve u and even then u will loose 🙂
